Overview & Compatibility

The NA-OM5II is a premium underwater housing crafted for the OM SYSTEM OM-5 II mirrorless camera, enabling users to take advantage of this lightweight, travel-friendly hybrid camera underwater.

Ergonomics Control Placement

The NA-OM5II is engineered to place all of the essential controls for focus, shooting, menu navigation, AF setting, and more right at your fingertips. A variety of thumb paddles, buttons, and even the camera shutter are located directly off the and left and right side handles. 

Lenses & Ports

The housing is designed of Nauticam N85 port mount, with a large variety of micro 4/3's lenses to choose from.  You can find a full list of supported lens available on the port chart link below:

In addition, lens changes can be made directly from the front of the housing, providing quick and easy access for lens changes in the field, without having to open the rear of the housing.

Water Contact Optics

You can also take full advantage of Nauticam's wide range of water-contact optics such as the WWL-C, CMC-1 & 2,  EMWL, MFO-1 and many more. These water contact optics offer superior image quality compared to traditional camera lens & port combos, along with unique benefits for shooting everything from underwater wide angle images, to super macro images.

Flash Triggering

For optical strobe firing, Nauticam offers the Mini Flash Trigger for Olympus.  This device provides manual triggering of any optical strobes and is powered by a pair of simple coin style batteries for a hassle free solution to strobe lighting. 

Electrical sync cord triggering of wired strobe systems is also supported using an electrical Nikonos style bulkhead and ground trigger hotshoe kit

Vacuum & Leak Detection Electronics:

The housing includes Nauticam's vacuum electronics and moisture alarm system pre-installed. When combined with an optional vacuum valve, a color-coded LED panel continuously monitors seal integrity and for potential leaks. If the seal is lost or moisture is detected, the LED panel alerts the diver via blinking colored LED along with an audible alarm. More importantly, the vacuum allows you to perform a seal check to ensure the entire housing is ready to dive, before entering the water, providing some peace of mind that you've assembled the entire rig properly.

Enhanced Viewfinder Support

Aside from the Z5II's built-in electronic viewfinder & LCD, Nauticam’s full-frame optical viewfinders can be mounted via the optional LCD window kit . These viewfinders provide an enhanced view of the camera's electronic viewfinder making it much easier to see critical focus and compose your images properly.  They're available in both a angled and straight orientation option based on your preference.

Accessory Mounting Support

Along the top of the housing you'll find a M10 threaded hole and a cold shoe mount for attaching additional accessories such as action cameras, lighting, and more.  The bottom of the housing features 1/4-20 female threaded holes for mounting accessories such as tripod plates.
